Q: Where does the evaluation take place?
A: Some evaluations can be completed in your home and some will need to be completed at 3608 Preston Rd., Suite 220,
Plano TX 75093 or other locations. An additional charge may be added for travel to additional locations other than the
office.
Q: How long do CLINICAL evaluations take and what do they cost? Clinical services are charged at $200/hr.
A. Depends on the type of evaluation and the age of the client. The first session is the Diagnostic Interview and it usually
takes about an hour or so and will be $200. In that session we discuss and agree upon what type of evaluation will be
performed. Payment for the evaluation will need to be collected at the end of the initial visit and before any testing is
started. Cash, checks, or electronic funds transfer are accepted forms of payment.
ADHD evaluations usually take a couple of hours face-to-face with some collateral information needed from parents and
teachers. ADHD evaluations are approximately $800-1,200. A full psychological evaluations range from $1,600-2,400.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations can range from 2-6 hours depending on age and severity of the client. ASD
evaluations run between $1,400-2,000.
Cognitive assessments can range from 1-3 hours depending on age and severity of the individual. These assessments from
from $300-500.
Individual assessment items or additional assessments will be charged at a rate of $200/hr - including administrative work,
interpretation and report writing time.
Q: Do I receive a report?
A. Yes. You will receive a written report and feedback once the evaluation is complete, approximately 3 weeks after the
testing is finished. Should you wish to expedite your report, an additional fee of $200 will be added for a 1 week turn-
around.
Q: Do you file with my insurance?
A. No. I am not affiliated with any insurance plans. However, your insurance provider may reimburse you for some or all of
the testing fee. You will receive a statement of payment with the proper procedural codes and you can file with your
insurance.

Q: How much do FORENSIC evaluations and services cost? Forensic services are charged at a rate of $250/hr.
A: Psychological and psycho-educational evaluations that are court ordered or that are needed when people are dealing with
court-related matters cost more than the clinical evaluations due to the forensic nature of the case. There is often more
records to review and more collaterals to consult with thus increasing the time involved. An initial retainer between
$3,500- $4,000 is requested depending on the scope and case factors. Appearance fees are an additional charge.

Child Custody Evaluations are charged with a starting retainer of $10,000 which is due in advance of the child custody
evaluation being initiated. Adoption Evaluations range $1,800 - $2,000. Appearance fees are an additional charge.

Expert witness and educational case consultation service retainers are based on a discussion with your attorney as to the
scope and time commitment. Retainers usually start between $2,500-3,500. Appearance fees are an additional charge.

If an attorney requests that I appear in court or give a deposition for Collin or Dallas County, a retainer of $2,000 for a half- day appearance, and $3,000 for a full-day appearance, which will cover up to 8 hours, will be required in advance to hold the date. If I am requested to appear in court or give a deposition outside of Collin or Dallas County, a retainer of $2,500 for a half-day appearance and $3,500 for a full-day appearance will be required in advance to hold the date. All payments are due at least one week prior to the scheduled court appearance or deposition, and all such fees shall be paid by the party who issues the subpoena or deposition notice.

Q: Do you provide therapy or intervention?
A. No, I only provide evaluation, consultation and court testimony, as needed.
