Q: Where does the evaluation take place?
A: Some evaluations can be completed in your home and some will need to be completed at 3608 Preston Rd., Suite 135,

Q: How long do clinical evaluations take and what do they cost?
A. Depends on the type of evaluation and the age of the client. The first session is the Diagnostic Interview and it usually
takes about an hour or so and will be $200. In that session we discuss and agree upon what type of evaluation will be
performed. Payment for the evaluation will need to be collected at the end of the initial visit and before any testing is
started. Cash, checks, or electronic funds transfer are accepted forms of payment.
ADHD evaluations usually take a couple of hours face-to-face with some collateral information needed from parents and
teachers. ADHD evaluations are approximately $800-1,200. A full psychological ranges from $1,200-1,600.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations can range from 2-6 hours depending on age and severity of the client. ASD
evaluations run between $1,200-2,000.
Cognitive assessments can range from 1-3 hours depending on age and severity of the individual. These assessments from

interpretation and report writing time.
Q: Do I receive a report?
A. Yes. You will receive a written report and feedback once the evaluation is complete, approximately 3 weeks after the
testing is finished. Should you wish to expedite your report, an additional fee of $150 will be added for a 1 week turn-

A. No. I am not affiliated with any insurance plans. However, your insurance provider may reimburse you for some or all of
the testing fee. You will receive a statement of payment with the proper procedural codes and you can file with your
Q: How much do forensic evaluations and services cost?
A: Psychological evaluations that are court ordered or that are needed when people are dealing with court-related matters
cost more than the clinical evaluations due to the forensic nature. There is often more records to review and more
collaterals to consult with thus increasing the price. A retainer between $2,000-3,000 is requested depending on the scope
and case factors. Court appearances are an additional charge.
Child Custody Evaluations are charged at a rate of $200/hr with a starting retainer of $6,000 which is due in advance of the child custody evaluation being initiated. Adoption Evaluations are a flat rate of $1,200. Court appearances are an
Expert witness and case consultation service retainers are based on a discussion with your attorney as to the scope and time
commitment. Retainers usually start between $2,000-3,000. Court appearances are an additional charge.
Q: Do you provide therapy or intervention?
A. No, I only provide evaluation, consultation and court testimony, as needed.
